Anything we do for you: email replies, Loom videos, your hours of bespoke Ai support each month, custom prompts, or workflows we set up. The Tuesday Memo, library access, and your monthly snapshot never count against your hours.
What if I do not use all my hours one month?
Unused hours roll over up to your monthly allowance: 3 on Essentials, 6 on Plus, and 10 on Pro.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes, any month, prorated.
Can I pause?
Yes, up to 3 months at a time, with no penalty.
What tools do you cover?
ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Notion Ai, Gemini, n8n, Zapier, and custom workflows. If a tool has launched, we have probably used it.
What if my problem is bigger than my hours?
It escalates to a Consultancy quote. We will tell you, and you decide.
