Breezi is a UK-based team helping business owners and small teams actually use Ai. We are not engineers. We are not researchers. We are operators who figured this out by needing it to work in our own businesses, and we built Breezi so that other non-technical people would not have to do it alone.
Why we exist
Most owners are either over-using Ai, or under-using it.
Over-using means trusting confident wrong answers. Sending hallucinated facts to clients. Letting Ai write something that should have come from a human. Putting hours into output that is not quite right.
Under-using means defaulting to ChatGPT for everything. Not knowing which tool fits which job. Watching the team adopt three tools and abandon two by week three. Knowing Ai matters but not having the time to figure it out.
Between those two extremes, there was no practical middle layer. Courses teach without doing. Consultants leave once the slides are delivered. Agencies bill for ad spend, not capability. We built Breezi as the middle layer. The team that does the work with you, in plain English, until Ai is working properly in your business.
What we believe
Four things we will not bend on.
Plain English over jargon.
If you cannot explain a workflow to the person doing the work, it is not ready. We talk and write the way a customer would.
Real work over theory.
We do the prompts, the builds, the documentation. Watching a webinar is not the same as having something working in your business by Friday.
Human accountability over autocomplete.
A real person is responsible for every reply that leaves Breezi. Ai helps us go faster. It does not get the final word.
Practical fit over hype.
If Ai does not fit your use case, we say so. If a simpler process will do the job, we will recommend it instead.
UK-based, remote-first, accountable
A UK team. Real names. Real accountability.
Ai is full of anonymous voices and offshore freelancers. We are not. Breezi is a UK-based team. Our work answers to UK business owners. The people running the company can be reached at hello@breeziai.uk.
Most of the team works remotely from across the UK, with occasional members further afield, and every reply you get from us is reviewed by a senior practitioner before it goes out. We work under UK contracts, follow UK data protection law, and bill in pounds. If you ever need an escalation point, a phone call, or a face on a screen, we are an email away.
How we work
Two ways in. Both hands-on.
Membership is for people running the show. Business owners, managing directors, founders, CEOs, freelancers, and small teams who want senior Ai help every month. You get bespoke hours used however you need, plus a constantly growing members’ library, plus a free weekly memo. From £89 a month.
Consultancy is for businesses ready to roll Ai out across a team, a department, or the whole organisation. We deliver training, certification, implementation, and strategy on a fixed-price scope. Remote, on-site, or hybrid.
Most members start small and grow into us. Some businesses come straight in through Consultancy. Whichever route fits, we work the same way: in plain English, with real worked answers, on your terms.
